Smart Systems Technologies requires its installers to be certified, licensed where required, and insured professionals that are dedicated to total customer satisfaction. Certified installers are knowledgeable and have access to the latest information in new products, techniques, and materials. Certified installers of the em·power system are capable of deploying not only this product line, but complementary product lines such as audio-video and structured wiring. This multi-discipline expertise makes them a powerful ally of the specialty retailer.
Display plans for the em·power system vary according to the needs of the retailer and include either a fully functional custom kiosk or an in-store 'interactive home'. Each plan includes provisions for demonstrating the em·power system and individual devices for lighting control, energy management, outlet/appliance control, interactive security and temperature control.
